Return Window: 30 days from postmark

Conditions for Return: In original packaging, with receipt and photos 

Exchange only for equivalent item

Return shipping cost paid by customer

Exchange Instructions: email backbaydesigns@outlook.com, include photos of item, receipt of sale, and shipping box with post mark, plus reason for exchange. Damages are insured under $100 per shipment by USPS, include 3 photos of damage. Gift exchanges in original condition made be made in person or via mail with receipt.
